Octaware Technologies Limited in cooperation with Rizvi Institute of Management Studies and Research sponsored a Workshop for ‘Understanding Takaful’ on Sunday 10th December 2017 at Rizvi Institute of Management Studies and Research, Bandra, Mumbai. There was an overwhelming response to this Workshop.
Takaful is a type of non-conventional insurance, where members contribute money into a pooling system in order to guarantee each other against loss or damage. Takaful-branded insurance is based on Sharia-law, and explains how it is the responsibility of individuals to cooperate and protect each other.
