Our client operates as an automobile trading company in the United Arab Emirates. It sells passenger cars, luxury cars and commercial vehicles of various brands.

The client is a major player in Middle East in the automotive sector. The project stake holders were looking for a solution to streamline its sales and services business processes. The solutions intended was meant to be used by client’s staff members and various dealers through the dealer network to increase its customer interactions and thus build long and fruitful relations with its customers.

The project comprises of implementing the sales/services and customer relationship management system for the client.
