Junior Pre-Sales Consultant

Key Deliverables :

  • Responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers in variety of Technical areas s.a. ERM solution, Infrastructure requirements, cloud, organization digital presence & transformation and / OR some bespoke solutions.
  • To add value to Organization team through a professional and in-depth industrial experienced with strong core technical skills.
  • Responsible for actively driving and managing the pre-sales process with customers to articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Primarily engaged in a presales technical consultancy role, the consultant will provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams, account managers and partners (if involved) for proposal activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
  • Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and in some agreed timeframes.
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
  • Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to internal stakeholders.
  • Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products.
  • Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.
  • Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development frame work.
  • Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer.
  • Provide business technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information, to include – activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI’s Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes.
  • To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients.
  • To assume responsibility for running a bid team, where relevant Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.
  • Ability to demonstrate products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.

Candidate Profile :

  • Should possess deep knowledge/understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO), Sales, Customer Services
  • Some exposure to the wider Microsoft Stack (Azure, LCS, Office 365, AI, ML)
  • Maintain an ‘up-to-date’ expert level of knowledge of Dynamics 365 FO/CRM.
  • Evangelize the benefits of Dynamics 365 FO/CRM to prospects, existing customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Industry Specific Dynamics 365 Application Experience
  • Working knowledge of current security issues and technologies concerning the industry, together with a demonstrable interest in keeping abreast with technical developments in this field.
  • Certification of ERP Functional & Technical would be added advantage. Specific M D365 (FO/CRM)
  • Previous experience of requirements gathering, design and solution building and the ability to replicate this in a commercial setting.
  • Able to show and discuss a range of previous customer solution designs.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely for commercial to facilitate proposal, Sales, RFP and other specific areas.
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  • Participate in sales cycles as a member of the team in support of the sales account strategy.
  • Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to Senior Executive / Board level
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and adapt and deliver in a fast paced and complex environment
  • Intellectual curiosity, especially around emerging enterprise technologies
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Skills
  • Ability to cope under pressure and priorities work accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Any bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • 6-8 + years of presales experience is preferred, or 6+ years of deep solution knowledge from working with Dynamics FO/CRM as an end user or business analyst
  • Experience of sales processes is a plus
